Procedure to request Certificate /Transcripts/Statement of Result

Visit and click on PAYMENT on the MENU, then select Certificate & Attestation or

Create an account

  • Carefully fill in the requested details with a valid email address – a valid email address is required for verification
  • Click Register
  • Once you click on Register, you will be directed to verify the email address you supplied. The verification will be sent to your email inbox
  • After verification, you can now login using the verified email address as username.

To request academic record

  • On your Dashboard, click on Create Record request on the right side
  • Select your request from record Type e.g Certificate, and enter your graduation session
  • Once you select, the payment breakdown for the record type selected will be displayed
  • Click on Proceed to Payment Confirmation
  • Confirm payment details before being redirected to payment gateway to complete your payment
  • Click on Pay Now
  • Supply your Payment card details
  • After the payment, Click on Request
  • From Request link, click Open
  • Then upload any Government Approved ID card and original Statement of Result (Clearly scanned copy)
  • After successful upload of the required documents, print the evidence of payment (Payment receipt)
  • Scroll up to the top of the screen and click on Submit for Processing on the right side
  • Watch out for notification on your dashboard, email and SMS

Once you receive the notification message, print the pick-up confirmation from your dashboard

Go to Academic Affairs building with

  1. Original Statement of Result
  2. Payment receipt
  3. Pickup confirmation slip
  4. School ID card or any Government Approved ID card

Note: Please wait to receive the notification and print pickup confirmation before heading to Exam and Record unit (in the Academic affairs building)
