An academic of repute and Oyo-born scholar, Dr. Mrs. Ramat Olajumoke Owoade, the Acting Deputy Provost attended First Baptist Primary School, Isokun, Oyo between 1966 – 1971. She proceeded to Abiodun Atiba Memorial Institute, Oyo in 1974 and graduated in 1979 for her secondary education before moveing to Federal Government Girls College, Oyo in 1979 – 1981 for her Higher School Certificate programme. In her thirst for knowledge, she proceeded to the University of Ibadan, Ibadan in 1982 and graduated in 1985 with a B.Ed. (Adult Education and Geography); University of Ibadan, Ibadan in 1995 – 1997 for her M.Ed. (Adult Education); Oyo State College of Education, Oyo in 2004 for Diploma in Computer Studies and finally bagged her Ph. D from the University of Ibadan.
She is currently the Dean, School of Education and the Ag. Deputy Provost.
