OTHER ANTI-SOCIAL BEHAVIOURS WITHIN AND OUTSIDE THE COLLEGE
The Provost has the responsibility of ensuring that law and order are maintained within the premises of the College. It shall be lawful for the Provost to take any action at any time as he/she may deem necessary or expedient to maintain peace, protect property, promote and protect the safety and welfare of the students and staff of the College.
However, there is the Students’ Disciplinary Committee saddled with the responsibility of considering cases of general indiscipline within and outside the College.

Note:
- It is to be noted that students will be given fair hearing before any punishment will be meted out to them.
- Any student who however fails to appear before the Students’ Disciplinary Committee upon summon(s) after two consecutive invitations will remain on indefinite suspension until his/her studentship lapses.
- Multiple offence: A student who receives warning letter twice shall be given One (1) Academic Semester and the offender(s) shall be referred to the Directorate of Counselling Services for behaviour modification and counselling.
- A student who receives more than one sanction apart from warning letter shall be suspended for one (1) Academic Session.
- Any other misconduct, not listed but inimical to the integrity of the College, will be referred to the Students’ Disciplinary Committee to decide appropriate sanction(s).
